Change coil drops to tokens ASAP.

My raid has been consistently clearing coil turns 1-4 for an entire month now, and I've been in coil for at least 6 weeks.

In 6 weeks I've only seen the PLD chest piece drop twice and that is IT for tanking gear. Our healers have gotten THREE (3!) pieces of gear combined in the 4 weeks we've been raiding.

We had our dragoon respec to Monk because FIVE monk pieces dropped in THREE weeks and ZERO pieces of dragoon gear dropped. This week the dragoon chest piece drops.

This garbage looting system needs fixed asap. I'm entirely considering retiring from coil right now altogether because of it.

They messed up coils loot system RNG algorithm HORRIBLY somehow, literally every single group gets nothing but DPS drops and not a single group gets a lot of healer or tank drops. This includes my own, who gets nothing but DPS drops, mainly DRG and MNK.

This isn't true at all actually. My group suffers from healer item spam.

No they didn't - RNG will always be RNG, there's no variations on random. Fyi, every run my FC done so far has always been a mix of Mage and DD gear, so...stop it already.

Also, my solution to this if it wasn't obvious enough from the title is this: Take a page from WoW just like you have in everything else. Make each boss drop tokens. (Token of DRG/MNK/BRD, Token of WHM/SCH/, Token of WAR/PLD, Token of BLM/SMN)

This lowers drastically the chance of constantly getting the same trash every week that people end up greeding for alt classes.

Yeah this is what should be done, each set of armor can be turned into a NPC for multiple pieces of gear so there's a much higher chance of getting loot you actually want/need and not letting it rot on the floor.

What's ironic about this statement is that you have stated elsewhere that gearing an alt is impossible, yet you would let potential alt gear to rot on the floor.

I am pointing out that she was being nice and defending the OP for something he never did wrong. She called you and most of the early responses out for being jerks towards the OP for something that he is clearly frustrated about.
