    Account has already been cancelled.

    My girlfriend recently tried to stop auto payment of her account and instead cancelled her account. Been trying to log her into the site to resubscribe but it is saying that her account has already been cancelled.

    I had her sit for two hours to wait for a chat with a support person and it kicked her saying nobody was there to help.

    Anybody else gone through this and have a possible fix? Been waiting for a response email for several days now.

    I did this not too long ago. Call square enix and tell them to reinstate your account. Your stuff isn't permanently deleted but for some reason "cancelling" the account prevents you from reinstating it yourself.

    Another broken function on support's side that they'll refuse to give any answer for. Why in the WORLDDDDD can't someone reinstate their own account? Why do we have to sit for TWO WHOLE HOURS on a chat system that'll likely KICK US and waste our time. Why in the WORRRRLD do we have to wait TWO WHOLE HOURS OR MORE to speak with someone on the phone and do something that should only take 5 minutes tops. Dissatisfying and the worst customer service I've ever put up with, not to mention that I'm leaning more and more towards quitting this game all together since Square's customer support team doesn't seem to care about how long we have to wait to potentially be kicked out of the queue.

    Thank you for the replys. I've been trying to talk her into calling support to get it fixed but when you have to jump through hoops after spending so much money... hard to want to have to sit through 2 hours of wait time.

    Seems like if you spent a lot of money, you wouldn't mind making a phone call to get it reinstated.... pain in the ass, sure....but it's hardly jumping through hoops
