PS3 crash, freeze and hard reset

Started having problems with the PS3 version since the maintence today.

First off was crossing High Bridge in Drybone (heading towards New Gridania border), the game just froze (graphics, music everything) so I waited a few mins and nothing, tried bringing up the PS3 quit screen but even the OS wasnt responding. So had to hard reset.
And again 20mins ago - This time i died outside of Red Rooster while fighting Kujata (the Warrior crystal mission) so tried respawning in Limsa. I spawned or at least the sounds did and the menu sounds, only no graphics just a black screen. Also the PS3 OS didnt respond either - so once again had to hard reset the console.

Anyone else having issues like this?

can also try deleting any ffxiv related file and reinstall it.
