Muling: Let us mail to alts without having them on friend list

I don't know if this has been posted since I didn't read the entire thread but you could:

Step 1: Log on character A and log out inside of an instance (it will appear as online and inside the instance even after you log out)

Step 2: Log on character B and send character A a friend invite.

Step 3: Log on character A and accept the invite

Congratulations you can now mail things to your alts.

Inb4 banned for combating devs' unwillingness to accomodate people with alts. Also, can you guys give me her stuff? She keeps rolling on stuff I want in coil. D;
