Been reported for over a week straight with no resolution and this guy still sit out there in the same spot botting and not only that if/when he dies he just teleport hacks right back to the spot where he was. Check it out for yourself. Oh forgot to say but this is on Balmung server and the guy is at the Banemites east of Float almost at the bridge. He has been out there all week you can probably go out there and he will still be there.

Wasn't my choice when I noticed he was doing that stuff I had to download fraps free version which only records 30 seconds at a time and youtube only up loaded it at max of 480 on resolution. If you know how to change it let me know and I'm re upload. He is probably still in the same spot I bet.

The bot is a peon, you get nothing from destroying the limbs, you have to aim for the head. To RMT the limbs are easily replaced via making new accounts or hacking other accounts. The only way to handle the RMT threat properly is to destroy the head the location to where the gil is stored. However you can only find the head by keeping the limbs alive, keep them alive long enough and they'll be traced back to the head.

Interesting but I don't think this is exactly right in this situation. It would be more accurate to say the bots are the peons that must feed the fat kings. Well if you destroy the peons then no food comes in the kings get desperate and have to try other things that may be easier to tract or put tabs on. The trick is destroying their anonymity which as we know they haven't been able to do just entirely yet. But if we can give them information the better they can get at being able to at provide clarity on how they are doing it or where it is going so can formulate the best attack strategy to remove the head as it were from the body.

Its not about if they RMT will come but about if they can track them and remove them. If they can't track them they won't ever be able to remove them. More like lets prevent the seeds from being sown instead of just mowing over the weed that springs forth from it only to eventually be replaced by many others. Go for the roots.
