if i chose GLAD at character creation,what would be the secondary class i take to lvl 15? and what would my final class ultimately be?

You could take Gladiator to 30 and Conjurer to 15 to become a Paladin, or take Gladiator to 15 and Marauder to 30 to become a Warrior. Which is done at character creation and which is done later is irrelevant so long as you meet the level requirements of each.

Basically what Niwashi said! You'd end up leveling cnj to 15 and getting paladin as your change for glad.

But if you ever want to change classes, you can once you finish your level 10 class quest for glad so don't worry about any restrictions during creation and go with what you think you'll like the best!
