    Software Token de-syncing

    Twice now I've had to reinstall the Android Software Token app because it keeps desyncing, which results in an "invalid password" error message when attempting to log in. This is extremely bad app management, Square Enix, you're a large enough corporation to be able to afford better. Please either add a "resync" function to the app or fix the underlying issue.
