lost item with crash server

Excuse my English, but for the SE Italians do not exist....
today with the crash of the server,i lost all item crating in the last 30 minutes.
I have neither the item created,neither mats used!!
I understand the crash,but I do not accept that GM can not do anything!

Investigation Regarding Rollback of Character Data (Jun. 14)
This is a notification on the current status of the investigation regarding the ongoing issue of prolonged rollback of character data that some players may experience when a zone server goes down in FINAL FANTASY XIV.

The investigation conducted by our Development Team and technical staff has revealed that this issue is being caused by a problem with the database hardware in which the character data is stored. Currently, this hardware is being repaired by its manufacturer.

The manufacturer is close to pinpointing the problem and we should be receiving word from them soon regarding plans for recovery. We will make another announcement as soon as a schedule is set for this.

We apologise for the enormous inconvenience this issue is causing and thank you for your patience.

rollback means you got back your items as before, so you have all your items. Just re-craft it :| lame, but not really a loss of money
