Hmm I don't remember using any buffs when this happened, because typically I save my CD's for the end of the boss. But I will double check this on my next dungeon.

Start with quelling, or, wait until the first rage.

If you pull off the tank after the first rage of hallone something is wrong with your tank D=

Well, never is too strong of a word. Don't use BfB during damage phases such as stomps in Titan HM.
