Even our kill on him wasn't even clean MT would loose aggro for a split second boss would run towards the ranged DPS and do his melee AoE in the middle of the room.

I don't like to get involved in the politics of a guild but to clarify, ADS' piercing laser has a minimum range, you/other tank staying at the entrance caused him to move half way across the map to cast his piercing laser, has nothing to do with aggro. You should've known this had you watched the guide that was asked to be watched before we went into coil.

EDIT: In your defense, I just looked at the logs from Saturday, and I see your HPS was higher than the other healer (around 15-20% more in coil and 2-5% more in Titan although you died every attempt on Titan to weight of the land (plumes), using FFXIVLogRep), now I don't know a lot about healing in this game or how reliable logs are(range issue, combat end time, the other healer got killed by boss aggro during splits a few times in coil etc) so take it with a grain of salt.

PS: You make some good points about the importance of being transparent with your members though which is one of the characteristic of a good guild.

Thank you for the reply. Believe it or not I did watch Turn 1 videos the night before we headed into Coil. Which is why I typed in chat after our first wipe on ADS it would be easier/cleaner if we all stacked left side and then run to the right side stay there and run back left again instead of just dodging it left/right depending on who where he targeted.

About Titan, Yes I admit I did die on the attempts we did on Titan. As a healer that shouldn't happen but it was usually towards the end of the fights where other people had already died. In my defense I was not the only one who was dying or getting knocked out multiple of times throughout our attempts.

The fact still remains that I got kicked out of the FC without a notice or a reply from someone about it/what I did wrong. Being called a baddie in Coil when clearly our wipes were not my fault?
