Aura is one of the friendliest Free Company I have joined. You will not feel any signs of exclusion when you're there. As a member of the FC, I have not felt any exclusion from being able to do things like dungeon runs. It's a small guild with a great community. As with what Chi said, being active on TeamSpeak and the forums is highly recommended. It helps you build friendships with your guildmates and the guild leader. No mic? Have a mic, but shy? No problem! You can just listen.

On the topic of raiding, they know what they are doing. I have been in their raids of Coil as an off-tank. They made instructions on how each turn works with clarity. Unlike others out there, failing at your role will not constitute you to being kicked out for being terrible. These guys are patient and will help provide constructive criticism to help improve your performance.
