Re-entering Coil - Change

Being able to run coil stages again after clearing them with new people would be a nice change. It would help FCs that have multiple groups (incase of no shows or anything else that causes a group to have less than adequate class types/people). It also helps FCs with odd number of people so those few people that dont run in the group have a chance at loot for the week. There are many reasons to do this, those above are just a couple . Just dont allow the people that have cleared it already to roll on loot. .
