SE Please Tell us what Class will unlock what Job now ; ;

As the title says I want to know what class will be with what job so I can start working towards it, I don't want to find out come it's release that I have not levelled the right classes to get access to the Job's I want.

Please, please, please tell us as soon as you can because you must know already what will be what.

Considering its not going to be for a while (really doubt in the next patch) you shouldnt need to worry, you could probably spend about 2 days and do the same planning. And what planning is there if everythings getting changed.

You don't have a combat class under level 25, I'd say you're in pretty good shape. No sense in worrying about something we only have the vaguest ideas on. Hopefully when the jobs are close to release, they'll give us a bunch of teasers to help us get prepared.

Not to mention if Pugilist unlocks summoner and Conjurer unlocks Samurai I think planning will be the least of our problems =D

I wouldn't be so sure I think they will have the Job System ready for 1.19 or 1.20 at the latest. Either way my concern is DRK as that is a job I want, some people think it will come with GLA, some MRD and some even THM. I already have MRD so thats ok but I have no interest in levelling GLA in it's current form but if DRK was unlocked on it then I would have to, not a problem I would grit my teeth and get it done. However I don't want to level it if I don't have too.

I suppose it depends how many jobs are unlocked per class, I could see it being 1 per class depending on what they do to CON and THM as one will have to be WHM and the other will be BLM if they are rebuilding classes from the ground up like they say they are. If they don't make big changes to those 2 then CON will be BLM and WHM meaning each class will have 2 unlocks at least.

The Job System is still heavily under development, they might not even have a finalized list yet. Honestly, I would just level everything to 30, it's useful to have access to all those cross-class skills, and it doesn't take that long to get to 30 now. I think 30 is a pretty safe bet as to the unlock level, and even if they require 36 or 40 or something, you're not that far off. Get all the leveling done now so you can enjoy all the content when it comes out immediately
