Swiftcast love the spell hate the THM.

Few weeks ago when I was getting ready to cap WHM I decided to lvl the sub classes for the needed spells they gave.
I rolled the arcanist and boy let me tell ya that sh!t was fun as hell lvling. With in a blink of an eye I was hitting lvl 30 and having a blast.
Even with ifrit being lack luster for solo play I am loving group content.
At this time tho on my WHM I hit 50 and really began to notice how helpful swiftcast could be since it only has a 60 sec cd.
So I pick up my lvl 15 THM, dust her off and start the aleport fate grind.
Got to lvl 20 and pulled out Stormborn my loyal chocobo, and started clearing names from my hunt log. I cleared as far as I could go without once taking a dirt nap.
Thinking I am hot stuff I port to QM in SS, and I am able to solo the boss stag fate by force bouncing the named. Ie stand at edge of fate while chocobo and myself go to town on boss. When he aggros me I take the hits till I need to head and step outside of fate to heal up. This forces boss to bounce to Stormborn dropping all my aggro.
A group sees me doing this and invites me to run fates with them.
Sigh for a THM to be great at grouping he really needs the holy trinity or atleast 2/3 of it.
I managed to lvl solo in this class from 1 -22 without tasting dirt once.
22-26 was like pulling teeth. Without Novocain!!!
BTW if you are wondering where the best tasting dirt is located Redbelly Hive had to right mixture of blood, fecal, and top soil.
I am wondering if anyone else is having a ruff time in fate groups as a THM or was it just me? I wonder if the bis GC weapon/gear is a bad idea since most ppl are running poorer gear.
Or am I just spoiled from the whm lvling perspective where I can dps/tank/heal all the way from 1-34, and yes there were a few times I did that in HM dungeon.
tldr: anyone else having a ruff time getting swiftcast?

THM FATE = Spam Blizzard 2 = You win. Seriously this is the only thing you can really do to make sure you get super high completion rating while not setting Flash and potentially getting killed from pulling all the hate. Yes THM is (for me at least) easily the most boring class ever so I feel your pain. I hated doing it to and was super glad to know that Swift is only level 26

I didn't really have a problem with those fates, but I made sure to cross class Physick/Cure.

Stand in the mob spawn places in fates and just spam Blizzard II. THM is like totally mindless while doing fates. Get swiftcast and just be done with the class.

I hate overpopulated FATEs. I went to the western side of Upper La Noscea and crafted items while waiting for those FATEs to spawn. It was a lot more interesting that way.

THM is the best Fate grinding class.

For fates: Blizzard 2 move one step rince repeat. They might hit you once after they get immune and before they are dead. If you are in a group they wont even get immune. For bosses you might need crossclass heal spell switching with a coldspell and tank via healaggro - if you dont have a tank present.

Like what everyone else has said, due to how mindless you can do FATE's as a THM (Then again put on Flash and it's with any class), I usually just put my game to the smallest window I can and then watch something while running around spamming Blizz II/Flash.

Thankfully you only need to be level 26 for it, huh? Worth it!~

THM was by far the best, easiest class to run FATE groups with and hit 50. Press 1 button, get gold. It ruined ARC for me, which was so much harder.
