[Omen] a new FC for people with busy lives that still want to do group content.

Omen is a new FC ideal for casual players who want a friendly, social network within FFXIV. Anyone who wishes to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere for questing, grouping and trading along with the possibility to progress into casual raiding is welcome.

Our guild aims to provide a social, friendly environment for questing and a stable network of support for group content. Most importantly, we all want to have fun!

Note: We just started so we are quite small but our aim is to recruit the moms, dads and busy people of the Lich server so we can be one big happy family and have fun in game! If you have aspirations as officer, we are still looking for people who want some responsibility once we grow.

Recruitment is going a bit too well. As much as we'd like to recruit everyone, Omen needs to be a guild where people know each other and not a random chat channel with noise. This means there's a recruitment cap of 75 normal members. After Omen hits this cap we will not be actively recruiting anymore and only recruit to replace someone or when someone really impresses us.

We're still here and going strong and doing a few raids a week. We've got some openings now since we had some people who ended up not subscribing though. In the evenings we have about 15-25 people around, so not too spammy but still nice and busy.

The only class we don't really have a raid spot for is PLD, the rest is all up for grabs. If you're busy and still like doing group content come apply.

We changed our recruitment to include a trial membership after some issues with people. Currently you can apply at http://omen-lich.enjin.com/recruitment and if you get accepted as trial member, you get in right away but people will have a two week period to leave feedback. This is to make sure that the current members do not get upset with new people joining who totally do not find the mindset of the FC.
