This is not a Technical Support issue. Per http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...=1#post1446096 it's obvious this is a true bug. It's been in the 'Accepted Bugs' section since 9/10/2013 and several hotfixes have gone down since then, with no resolution to this issue. Per http://support.microsoft.com/kb/125749 the issue is relatively simple to troubleshoot and fix. All other attempts to report this issue have ended up in the Technical Support forum, as though something other players could possibly tell us could somehow resolve the issue. That is not the case with this bug.
