Things that NEED to happen

This is not bashing a game by any means, as a matter of fact I'm trying to contribute to making it the best MMO there is. Following are only the suggestions that would make the life in game and forums more easier (I'm not even going to mention that I had to wait until level 25 to make a thread and that my post was too long so I had to reduce it to 1000 characters). So it seems that my only option is to list the suggestions due to character limit. Thanks SquareEnix!

• Give us an option to ignore the player in chat (right click, ignore).
• Let us preview and compare the gear.
• Allow us to talk to NPCs while mounted.
• Auto-dismount when casting a spell.
• Let us stay in channel unless specified otherwise (/fc for example). Also remove case sensitivity on slash commands.
• Remove these ridiculous forum restrictions.

There was a lot more suggestions in OP including elaboration on each subject but it simply doesn't fit.

What they really need to do is fix lag.
That's a huge need, no and, ifs or buts about.

If they don't cater to what a large, if not huge, amount of their player base wants, their game will fail and they'll lose tons of money and credit for it.

ignore wont fix the problem, a /report and /blist would be better.
This would be nice, but it is not NEEDED
There is no need for NPC chat or auto dismount, just get off your chocobo

You can edit post to get around limit, but I agree it's pretty pointless.

I would check out the very very long quality of life suggestions thread.

It probably is too long to read through it all, but that is definitely the place to post for most of the things like this.

Most of your points have been brought up there, and some have been commented on by devs already.

Regarding longer posts, your best bet is to create a stub post of 10 characters (minimum limit), and then edit to paste in the full post. Be warned though: you only have 5 posts a day until you hit level 40, then it is 10, and the max is 20 when you hit 50.
