No, PS4. They are on sale now for some reason. I think I found the answer though. In \Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\FFXIV.cfg there is a section <GamePad Settings>. Moving those numbers around seem to have what I need. Though I have to keep relaunching the game to try things out. Another hour and I may have it.
