Thread: Subtargetting broken for mouse users after patch 1.16

I like the new targetting system for the most part. The problem I am having (in addition to the enemy's HP not showing when casting as other posts have mentioned) is that I can no longer properly cure my teammates. Before the targetting system changes, I would target the enemy, throw out a few nukes, debuffs, or spirit darts, and when I noticed a need for curing I would keep the enemy selected and hit my hotkey for my cure spell, then click the name of the target party member in the party list display. It was great because my main target was still the enemy, so I could go right back to work darting and nuking.

This no longer works. Now I have to click the name of the party member in need of cures first, then hit the cure spell hotkey, then click enter, after which I must once again target the enemy.

I realize that I'm probably in the minority with my "click to cure" technique, but it's the most efficient way I've found to play my conjurer.

If you were solo when the issue occurred, please write "Solo". If you were in a party, please write "Party". With alliance, please write "Alliance."
*If you wrote "Party" or "Alliance", please also include the number of members.

NPC Name:
Name of NPC that your character was interacting with when the issue occurred.
*If you were not interacting with any NPC, then please write "None".

Monster Name:
