Parser prolly doesn't pick it up because it's treated as secondary damage like an En-spell (View your battle logs and it will show you). Either way PLD's lower delay is really what puts them on top than Sword Oaths extra AA damage, because in an equal sample size, gear, and parimiters WAR is still capable of more damage overall, but swords being roughly 33% faster than axes is going to bridge that gap pretty quickly. (Just to be clear before anyone tries to argue, this is entirely AA damage I'm talking about w/wo Sword Oath/Shield Oath/Defiance/etc.)
Anyways back to the topic on hand, I can see why people think of RoH as too powerful with all of it's goodies, but there is a bit of a tradeoff. PLD in all of it's tanky awesomeness is rather leniar and narrow, while it's capable of DPS it lacks alot of Rotation options, mainly you can do sub-par damage with Riot Blades 2 tier combo or you can risk overwhelming the MT and stealing hate with Rage of Halones 3 tier combo without having to wait for the MT to build up decent hate. Either scenario is going to hurt PLD's capabilities to DPS weather or not it's an intentional design or not is anyones guess, and this is where WAR typically is alot stronger in due to their rotation options.
Bluntly put it's powerful because it supports PLD's linear playstyle which is mainly tanking, but when PLD has to fall back to other roles (IE: DPSing when not off-tanking) it lacks many options to really support itself, whereas WAR does not have that issue.
