I would like to break normal forum protocols & thank SE for actually making healers extra fun to play by providing us with a serviceable level of DPS. I'm not stupid -- I don't expect my WHM or SCH to keep pace with a BLM or BRD, but I am absolutely more than capable of quickly filling a role or burning through enemies at a reasonable pace while soloing.

Stance Dancing between offensive and healing setups mid-battle has been quite enjoyable and keeps it fun and engaging for a class-type that traditionally stares mindlessly at health bars.

No game is perfect, but this is one of the best I've found for a healer to enjoy themselves when they're not spamming heals.

Yeah, I really like over-dpsing badly geared dds in trash fights. It's even more enjoyable as a scholar because you can often place your fairy, leave everything to her and go on full offense.

Heck ya ^^ Agree 100%. If I didn't get to DD when I have no one to heal id be looking up at the sky doing nothing would be awfully boring.

I like the fact that I can complete quests that require me to be in my healing class without wanting to cut myself.

I still remember the horror of leveling a Holy Priest -as Holy- during Burning Crusade WoW. xD

Yup, the sad fact is there's a big chunk of idle healers just standing around picking their noses waiting for the heals to be needed and not filling in that time with anything else. Oh well, it seperates the goods from the bads I suppose.

Once in band camp, deamon wall killed me becourse I forgot to heal myself as the adds popped. Still went down but it was a bit embarrassing. Noone needed a nonfairy in that run. Beside some lustrates on the tank at the final boss.

I'm in cleric stance for all of my WP/AK runs these days. Eos can heal everyone with minor management easy enough. (Just know when to rouse/fey ill/whisper dawn for fantastic results)

1 Tank, 3 DPS, 1 Healer makes them go faster.
