soon, i want to be a Warrior and i read that i have to be lv30 marauder and lv15 gladiator. thats why..

One other thing: You have to have done your level 10 class quest at the Marauders' Guild before it'll let you change to any other class. Since you're level 16, you should have done it already (and the level 15 as well, which as a *very* useful ability as a reward), but I mention it just in case.
