I'm unable to complete "Gilding the Bilious (Maelstrom)".

I did everything, but when I go to turn it in, I get the "quest completed" text, but the green checkmark is still above R'ashaht Rhiki, so it doesn't register on my character that I've completed it.

I've changed jobs, and even logged out completely and it still didn't change.
