K so what did all this prove right? Well in my early testing when I was working on min/max rotations and blah blah(can't give mah secrets away). I noticed bloodletter was more like my #3 damage about 80% of the time. Where now it has started falling off more and more.


AHHHHHH Ok if you have stuck around to this part let me sum all this up very short and simple.

Bloodletter = super strong early but falls of late game.

How to fix it give it as I said above a 3-5sec cast with a potency of 250-300 and make it a instant cast off bite procs.
