aoe lag in fates please fix

Please Add spell detail option in Game so We can turn down AOE affects in fates This is the only thing that stops me from playing while in groups. I can get 30-35 fps in the main cities and about 40-50 fps While solo play in doing Quest. but once I'm in a fate party I My fps Drops like Mad to about 12 fps. I can play all Current games on Max like GW2 Rift Aion Bf3 in avg 30-45 fps in not Lag Can you please add a option to remove aoe affects or turn them down Thanks
