Sleeping conflags has been possible since we first got to turn 5 but no we have never used sleep on the conflags we have always just killed them before they explode.

u_u still so many issues. When the first person commented the fight wasn't working correctly again I decided to do some digging...thought they fixed it.

@Penguin/Peng: Ah I see, so its the same bug since forever. I never really noticed it too much, but I guess it makes sense now.

Did you guys experience this during your fight?

That thread is in reference to the ability to circumvent conflagrations by sleeping them. This is not (and never has been) the method we use to deal with conflagrations. Dating back to our first looks at the twister mechanic, we never thought they were bugged.

On other sites, someone purporting to be an inside source has been spreading a potential strategy to deal with twisters; this is not the method we used to deal with twisters in our kill group, and anonymous sources claiming our imprimatur shouldn't be trusted. We are happy to share information, but we also want to pay some respect to the spirit of competition that drives us, so we're trying to strike the best compromise we can manage.

Yeah, my group wanted to go in because rumor had it that them taking down t5 actually fixed all the issues with glitching whether intentional or not in the previous weeks. I guess it hasn't been fixed after all. That's a real bummer. I am happy that the bugs didn't effect your time in the instance itself and you avoided it. If you guys put this on farm statues can the public or myself request a possible loot list? Since we will be all really excited to view your video and I don't think there are many groups as far ahead on content to actually beating it yet. Pretty excited to see if some of my personal common thoughts on strats on t5 match with your winning teams. May give us some insight or may help drive some people. My group uses a monk as our melee DD as well and it made our monk very happy he felt useless because of all the rumor that drg > mnk.

Congrats on the world's first kill. I forget, did you guys do the world first Rivenroad (Hard) as well? Or was it just the speedrun record?

Also thanks carraway for posting the link to the loot thread. I a m eagerly hoping all missing loot is from turn 5 but the only way to know for sure is from the community.
