    Leve Quests

    I have been unable to restart any leve quest i have done previously even though i have 78 allowances. I tried doing them on alt classes and they are still not available. A friend i play with has been able to get them and it will even let me take part in them but i get nothing for it and it isn't available from the leve quest npc's. please help me resolve the issue because leveling alt classes is a pain without them xD.
