    Jocea

    Unable to talk to her to continue with story quests, have tried everything I can possibly think of. Just click on her and it pauses like i'm having a conversation with a npc and then nothing happens.

    I had this happen with some of my weaver quests, and in a few other places. Its just the servers derping. Just keep trying and it should eventually work. The lag in game is a feature, and working as intended.

    Apparently they're restarting Coerthas Central Highlands in 20 minutes to fix the issue ;w;
