    WAR fix: Storm's Path comb

    I have been thinking of a mechanic that I would like to see as an improvement to WAR's self heals. Instead of only healing for 50% of the damage of Storm's Path itself, I would be happy to see perhaps a 5 sec duration to the self heals by all abilities, when in combo. I feel this would allow you to use Storm's Path, in a meaningful way, as part of your rotation, but not be so OP as to make WAR some sort of one man/woman show.

    I probably don't need to say this, but what are some of your thoughts?

    Its not a bad Idea, but having only 5 secs would only prompted maybe 2 moves?

    I just wouldn't want it to feel to OP, and unbalanced. Either way, some sort of duration for the heal is needed. Basically, anything more than that will outshine Bloodbath, and it would have the potential to become a useless skill.

    Another idea could be for Storm's Path to heal a percentage of your max HP. that idea would scale well with the idea of a WAR being a high HP tank. Perhaps 20-25% of max HP healed. Tanks are not supposed to die, and this change would make them a formidable job

    or make it increase healing taken like convalescent
    set yourself up a niche combo

    hs-maim-sp-bbath-fracture

    i like the heal as it is would be cool if it was more, saved my neck a few times for sure
    but thats another option

    How about instead of adding more healing to Warrior, which is a band aid to an artery wound, we give Warriors better CD's that provide actual mitigation, and equivalent to Hallowed ground.

    But that would only make WAR a PAL clone. I believe the idea of WAR mitigating damage with self heals is what sets them apart from PAL, and their blocks and CD's. It is a well known fact that the current WAR heal abilities miss the mark by leaps and bounds, and that mechanic needs to be improved. The whole idea of self heals is what made me want to play WAR to begin with. If the heals were drastically increased, several of WAR's issue could be resolved.

    Fracture? The damage over time doesn't trigger the life steal.

    Blocking alone makes Paladin better than Warrior.
    The cooldowns frankly blow Warrior out of the water entirely.
    Not only do they not promote overhealing, which is wasted healing, it doesn't require as much coordination with the healer.
    What Warrior needs is proper mitigation, it doesn't need work on a flawed mechanic.
