We enjoy doing things at our own pace. We keep a small group and work to get every member whatever they need.

We have no run times, we run whenever there is enough members to do anything, there are always people online during all times of the day. We look to do actual events (things that take up whole day such as farming runs) on weekends. Attendance is never mandatory and there are no points.

What is required to join:
Patience and an open mind. We have hardcore players, we have casuals, veterans, newbies, xi players, a whole mixing pot of people. We don't mind wiping until someone gets comfortable with the fight.
We may use strategies that the rest of the community doesn't, if you have a problem with that, do not apply. Everything we do is discovered through our own efforts no one else's. To that extent, whenever we do a new event we will gladly run blindly into a wall until we figure it out.
We don't care if you run on a ps3, a super computer, or a wooden pc, everyone is welcome and will not be discriminated against.
No relic? No problem, just have the will to succeed and make an effort to it and no one will say anything against you.
Be mature and respect other players. We have a relaxed atmosphere, we don't care "who started it" or who "messed up", we look to identify problems and fix them, not mock them for happening.

Job requirements:
Taking any levels, long as you don't plan on quitting any time soon!
We have many tanks atm, so be aware if you are main war/pld you probably won't get to play that very much.
Healers and DDs are welcome, though it would be great if everyone had at least 2 jobs leveled, whether its healer/dd or melee dd/ ranged dd or what have you.
