Achievement Completion Reward Glitch (inside job instance)

Coerthas Central Highlands (inside level 50 Bard Job instance)

Ixali Boldwing (my guess)

Info:
During my level 50 Bard quest (instance) I ended up completing my Maelstrom Grand Company Hunting Log inside but it ended up glitching and never giving me my pet reward. When it happened I double checked my inventory and also re-logged to see if it was just misplaced or delayed but I never received the reward. I think that this happened because I was inside the instance when it completed but I'm not sure, all I know is I never saw the pet picture pop up as an achievement reward notification in my screen only the Maelstrom Log completion notification and no pet in my inventory.
(I sent a help Ticket right after this happened but they sent me here)
