This is not fair SE (Regarding server transfer)

Hello all. I missed the free 5 days period to transfer for another server for free and i was fine to pay for the service to transfer from Legacy to Legacy server. When i read the condition for the transfer in the free period, it stated that the player can hold 3m gil and his retainer's can hold 1 m each, that's a total of 5 mil. I was getting ready to transfer next monday assuming the same conditions but guess what, SE changed the gil limit. Now the character can only transfer with 1 m, and each retainer can hold 100k only!!! Seriously?? I can accept this condition if i was transferring to non-Legacy server, but transfering from Legacy to Legacy should have the same conditions as the free transfer period.

So please beware if u were going to transfer next monday assuming the same conditions as the free transfer period, you'll lose alot of gil in the process.

Just put your money into materia or something you can easily sell back.

Just buy goods to get under the gil limit and sell them on your new server. It stated explicitly on thewebsitethey reserve theright to change the limits at any time; and these limits exist to prevent RMT trafficking.

Honestly tho, 1m is pretty poor. 5m was more reasonable.

The limit is poor atm, but once RMT spammers start to drop in numbers, the limits will probably increase. Their numbers started to raise again just a few days ago, and the transfer limit was reduced.

looking at Square-Enix's track record for doing much of anything this will never happen.

Considering that the game has only been live for 2 months, and I personally have never seen 1 million gil, I find the fact that they are letting you keep more than enough to buy land and a home in 2.1 very adequate.
