Also this is an MMO dont expect to do everything fast, if you want fast them maybe you need to go play an offline single player game. Its one thing to cater to a wide audience its another to constantly hold players hands or always give them what they want because they dont like something or wanna cry over something so trivial. In this case the requirements are fine no change is needed, there is no reason what so ever to relax the requirements to change Grand Companies.
