Your GC doesn't really matter at the moment so I wouldn't really be concerned for now. It will be very relevant when Frontlines is introduced (assuming you want do PvP) but that's looking like 2.2 at the absolute earliest.

Actually they do tell you a million times, you have to go to 3 damn speeches in each town. More importantly, if you don't want to rank in the GC why do you want to change so bad? Third, why the hell do you care? At the moment you barely DO ANYTHING AT ALL with any of the GC's, when you hit max rank you'll do as much as you did at the min rank.

I want to be in a different GC that is all you need to know and the requirements to change are stupid regardless of your arguments, they mention it will be difficult to change but do not mention the requirments and that fact alone is a slap in the face

I have no interest in PvP whatsoever unless you can go against friends. not interested in going against people I dont know

Ok, so you don't see why anyone cares why you want to change GC and judging by your responses, don't want their feedback. What I think most people are confused by is you seem to only care about GC affiliation which in & of itself gains you nothing. Also, they aren't incorrect in saying that the game made it painfully obvious that careful consideration was to be taken in choosing your GC and did in fact advise in game and forum what conditions would be required for GC change.
