I didnt play the beta so I cannot confirm or deny that, though some of those vids are posted as 17th may 2011.
Some vidoes show the version he is using, others dont. So there is no way to tell personally speaking :3

They all still exist now, some have slight changes. The only one you can no longer do is Ishgard.
We only ha La Noscea and all hidden locations in La Noscea have existed since alpha. (So the prediction is so did the rest). People did a lot of this hunting in Open Beta and all hidden areas that existed then do now. (and not changed much).
I believe these were all done during beta and you can't do this anymore I am assuming.
Sometimes developers make things and areas they don't end up using in the final game. Just like filmmakers don't use all the scenes they shoot. FFVII had an secret/unused cave near the ancient forest i believe.Please, watch these links and discuss.
