Your question is a little bit confusing so I'm not sure what exactly you want to know.
If you mean the whole All Saints' Wake event then it will end on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 14:59 (GMT).
If you mean the event quest which has a time restriction and can only be done at night, this quest uses Eorzea Time which is the ingame day cycle. To see the current Eorzea Time you can click on the clock in the upper right corner to cycle through the different clocks. It goes Server Time -> Local Time -> Eorzea Time.

i see tyvm i though eorzea time was server time lolz n since im in aussie was tryin to find out the current server time so i can convert it to mine lol
