[Bug] Typing Bug

This is a bug I've ran into since beta. I didn't have a video to prove it to report it so here is one.

How the bug works:

If I use ctr+, shift+ or alt+ keymapping to use abilities. I will randomly open the chat and start typing instead of actually using the command.

The example on the video is when I'm trying to use Swiftcast (alt+7) followed by Medica II (alt+6) and instantly run to the bottom left (s+a).

The game will open the chat instead and type whatever I'm pressing.

By the time I realize that I'm typing instead of actually doing the commands I'm already dead or my party dies.

Alt + R

You changed all of the other keybinds after I showed you what the problem was, so that's the only thing left really.

My abilities are all on alt + #

# = Number

AKA: Alt+1, Alt+2, Alt+3, etc.

I don't use anything that has to do with Alt+Letter so my fingers are never there.
Chat still opens.
