What we expect from them is something like this...

"We know about this issue and allready started to investigate how to solve this Problem.
There is an acceptet Bug report and we will keep you informed."

Couse there really is an accepted Bug...

What are they afraid for? Losing Customers? I bet they will lose less if you talk to us.

Exactly. I would be happy if it even were a confirmed bug. The problem with it being accepted is that it only means they have enough information to investigate it, sadly.. not necessarily that it's something they will fix, or look into anytime soon.
