Now, as far as specifically to SE? I don't know. I haven't bothered checking that because in all honesty I am not going to sit and fight with my ISP for hours on end to try and change the routing for one program. Aside from that, if you are going to claim lag as the cause of the issue, then why isn't the issue present in any other MMOs (not SE) to date? Lag doesn't cause it, it can aggravate it, and make it worse.. but it's not the cause.

And I apologize for being defensive, but I am getting very tired of people repeatedly blaming connections when that isn't the root cause.
