    Why can't they transfer to your server? Is it locked? Is there another Legacy server you all could transfer together?

    I am just one. They have their FC and friends now. All their friends will not move just to accommodate me.

    And they probably have other friends on other servers. the same argument against them moving to you could be applied to you moving to them. But either somebody has to move or nobody has to move, so which one is it going to be?

    There is no "punishment" at work here. This was known for a very long time, long before 1.0 was even shut down. Also, this isn't about Legacy players, it's about anybody on a legacy server. Two very different things.
