How to stop materia melds from appearing in the logs?

Hello all. Was hoping someone figured this out. I've tried different set ups for my general chat log to get rid of materia synthesis messages from appearing, but I have had no success as of yet.

Currently, I have 'others crafting synthesis' turned off. What this does is hides 'others crafts' messages from appearing in my general chat logs, but it does not hide materia melds/synthesis.

I've been trying a few other settings, but can't seem to make materia synthes' disappear.

If anyone has figured this out can you let me know how you did it.

I actually just figured this out. I hope they do change this at some point.

The only way to hide what other people are melding is to hide 'system messages'. However, hiding system messages hides almost all of the chat functions that I wanted to appear in the general logs.

Can we have a way of hiding other players materia melds from appearing in our logs without hiding all of the system messages?

I hate this problem too. My custom Log has Other's Progression off and I still get it. Sucks you have to turn off System Notifications to rid ourselves of it. Maybe put it in the bug forum?

It's not a bug it's working as intended. Now who intended this is the real question. It's not working as I intended. I so hope they move this off the system messages. FYI it's also like this for people calling mounts and using those Reset Stats Items. Too many things nobody should be forced to look at but does. Man oh Man.
