Are there any FC that actively seek to help new players?

Hello, I've been in many FC since release, always seeking one that mirrored what LS in FFXI used to be like. Places where members in the group actually sought to party with others in the LS and help them level (no dungeons to run in FFXI and all). I know this game isn't FFXI, but in many of the FC here, over multiple servers, I've noticed that even the 'newbie friendly' ones tend to not answer or volunteer when a new player needs something like Toto-rak or even Sastasha.

If such a FC exists, that doesn't just ignore but actually attempts to help each person in the FC overcome their story dungeons so no one is 'stuck' having to use the duty finder even though they are in a FC [something I think should never happen in a moderately sized FC] - please post here. If not, would anyone be willing to start one - server doesn't matter to me since the transfers are still free. Thanks ^^

Edit: I have been in an excellent FC, but sadly it is on a EU server and I am NA. I suppose I should specify I'm looking for or perhaps looking to create one on a NA server timezone.

EpicResetGaming on Diabolos... It comprised of my channel staff and we have started helping players while we make tutorial videos. Working on getting more of the staff to 50 so we can run some people through CM and P so they don't have to skip cutscenes and all... we can always edit that stuff out. Although we currently keep our FC to staff only. We are using our linkshell for viewers to get in contact with us. Might be opening the FC to fans also, but the problem is that we don't always have the resources online and we don't want current subscribers to sit in quiet FC. Unless all 180 of our subscribers want to join all at once. lol

We are very helpful to new players in my FC on Lamia. The Workinf Class strives to form bonds from experience and teamwork. We are all adults that understand that anyone has to start somewhere.

i dont bout in ur server.. but if u have a character in ultros, we r a small FC.. and we help anyone that ask i give food, my friends craft stuff.. and we love running dungeon no matter which lvl.. we r lvl 20s-30 in crafting as well...
let me know, just comprised that u ll stay and help back (play or whatever) we help this guy, build bunch of stuff and then he/she abandon the FC without even saying bye or thx..

My free company on Zalera would be the place for you then! We're still growing of course but when people are on, we really do make a good effort to help friends run anything they need help with. Just the other day I stopped my progression to Titan so I could assist another FC mate catch up so we could all do it together.

I also think in the forum it actually has a section for FC that is seperated by Worlds
