PS3 Client Not Exiting Properly

Since the recent patch I have not been able to exit the client using the PS button to return to the Xross Media Bar menu. I only get a black screen everytime which I then have to forcefully shut down the PS3.

I have the fat PS3.

If you are a PS3 Slim user please reply to this thread so SquareEnix can look into this and have it resolved ASAP.
