    Please help!!

    My roommate purchased a copy of 14, played the full 30 days, got full AF and so on.
    We registered payment today, he can log into account but there is nothing there, no character.
    When he tries to go to account services it says he has to register a code which he has already done, trying to log into the game says he has no active service account but we can't set one up because it says he has to purchase a copy..anyone know what to do or have incountered this? any help would be great.

    He should go to his service account and see which active or inactive characters he has for that account and the char with full AF should be visible and should be active if he wants to play it. Make sure payment type and veteran rewards plan is registered in mogstation after registering payment. If he bought crysta he needs to apply the crysta to the account, in mogstation after buying the crysta.

    Account services says there is no character to please register one, he cant even set up a sub type.

    Were not sure whats going on, when he tries the options "forgot login name/password" the responses go to his email. Tried resetting password and so on still same thing, trying SE support lol Wish us luck.

    Thats just it, when he clicks account services it says to either purchase a copy or enter the reg. code, trying to re-register code it says "Already Registered" its like everything just vanished. Nothing he did for the last month is there.

    This^ If he registered a "New" account and did not register an existing it may have wiped his old account. I had an early access account and I remember SE putting out some sort of notification as what to do to make sure you kept your character when registering.

    Well now Im not alone in this, and that makes me feel a bit better. SE lost my account as well, mind you it was my 1.0 account. But I went to register and they tell me there is a account with that email, oh good I can just log in. Nope, says there is no such account under that email... time to reregister, but again there is already an account with that email? Round and round I went. SE customer service was so helpful *cough*. CS told me they had never seen anything like it and had no idea what to do about it. Looks like its struck again. Hopefully they will be more helpful for you then they were for me.

    has payment method worked? log into the game, character should usually be there. wait few minutes and check SE account again.
