Not entirely sure what you are asking here...

But the party search feature works phenomenally... it's just that no one uses it. If people actively used it instead of waiting in Ul'Dah shouting, this wouldn't be a problem

Edit: SE gave us the proper tools for this. We, as players, choose to ignore this option and thus make it harder.

Our party search feature is too confusing to use, do not care how good it potentially is.
