If your server designates some time to do their levequests, there would be no hoping one is up. but it goes back to the issue I stated: If people are going to party within their own LS's, or i will add just people they know well, they aren't going to put up recruitment's, and with that LFG, they aren't going to contact you either.

can't really get at what your saying beside u saying none LS players will never get a party
