Complete Comprehensive Warrior Guide that is actually good?

I've seen a few warrior guides on here but nothing very "comprehensive" they all seem to be missing some key points. Could someone point me in the direction of a good warrior guide somewhere.

For a bit of background I currently play PLD but looking for something a little more challenging to fool around on while I farm tombs. Figured war would give me a good challenge while still allowing me to get quick ques

The changes made in CM was so you could no longer skip a large portion of the groups, the WP speed runs kill everything in their way.

Not the 8 minute runs. They still use the tank sacrifice strategy and just ST down the Tons super fast to get the oil. The "normal" speed runs that kill everything take 2-3 times as long (though that's how I prefer to do WP).
