    Character portrait is blank

    Anyone know why my character portrait is just a silhouette? I can't figure it out and even changing my equipment and getting achievements isn't fixing it.

    I server transferred on October 15th if I re-call. I heard it can take a bit but I didn't know how long. My friend's transferred too and their portraits show up (even those that transferred later.) Mine is still blank. :P

    Did you recently server transfer? I think that is one cause, it just takes a while to update.

    Have you re-logged in into Lodestone and choose your main character to display?

    Back then as soon as I transferred, when I visited lodestone it logged me out and I had to relog, in there they ask me which character to use. Then my portrait back several days later.

    This happened to me as well. I fixed it by clicking the star on my chosen character's profile again.
    Viola, problem solved. (Not sure if this still works).
