[Indonesian Toy Store] New FC looking to start end-game!

Hello friends, the brand new Free Company named [Indonesian Toy Store] is looking for members!

A little about the aim of Indonesian Toy Store:

Our goal is to provide players who are new to endgame an opportunity to progress in their experience, gear, and skill without having to rely on shouts, pick-up groups, or duty finder. Gearing up is phase one. We plan on running through the full relic quest as many times as is necessary until our members are adequately geared for phase two. Phase two is Bahamut's Coil!

Aside from the progression aspect, we are looking to cultivate a friendly, personable atmosphere. It just seems like so many FC's and LS's out there have over 100 members. Within those groups, you may have 1 or 2 friends that you even talk to on a regular basis. As a former FFXI player and LS leader, I am fond of the idea of quality of quantity. I don't plan on recruiting over 100 members; hell, I don't plan on getting more than 40.

A bit about me:

As I mentioned, I played FFXI for 10 years and ran a very successful HNM LS on Bahamut for over half of those years. I am very familiar with what it takes to organize and manage both events and players. FFXIV is in it's infancy and there is no doubt that content will be released that revolves around having a well-oiled FC to accomplish things.

Other details:

I plan on the FC being based around EST playtimes, as I am from Pennsylvania myself. Days and times of our events have yet to be determined, but it would be a safe bet to assume most of them will happen from 7-10pm EST.

We are recruiting all jobs, all experience levels, and all gear. It may seem sloppy to recruit this way, but the most important thing I am looking for in members is that you are competent. Gear can be gotten. Experience comes naturally over time. Jobs can be leveled. Competency is a lot harder to come by. There is no application process yet, but I'd definitely like to chat with you before considering you.
