npc Jocea is bugged and few of us can not continue the story.She has the Icon above her head but will not speak to any of us.

in the First Dicasterial Observatorium of Aether .........

You have to speak to her after completing the quest The Unending War (lvl 36)

please fix so we can carry on with our story
